MANILA, Philippines — The Presidential Communications Office (PCO) on Monday renewed its commitment to “stand against disinformation” by providing “accurate” and “relevant” information to the public.
The PCO made the pronouncement as it celebrated its 82nd anniversary of being in service.
Article continues after this advertisement“Our commitment remains steadfast: to provide accurate, timely, and relevant information that empowers the Filipino citizen,” the PCO’s social media read.

Previously, recently appointed PCO Secretary Cesar Chavez said combating misinformation and disinformation is one of his main priorities.
