MANILA, Philippines–Rain or Shine put on the heat in the final quarter on Tuesday night to dismantle old tormentor San Miguel, 107-93, in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup.

The Elastopainters bucked the absence of multiple mainstays to beat the retooled powerhouse at Filoil EcoOil Center in San Juan and improve to 2-1 after in the import-laden conference.
